the heart of my work

Identity. Regulation. Self-trust.

All three, or none of it holds.

01

Identity

Who you are being on an ordinary Tuesday. We name her, and the pattern you keep recreating.

02

Regulation

Discomfort is not danger. We build the pause between the trigger and the choice.

03

Self-trust

Believing in yourself before the outside world gives you any proof.

Therapy gives you

Somewhere to put it into words, and the language for your patterns. Real and valuable, and stage one.

Coaching gives you

Goals and action steps, often without the body or the identity underneath.

My work adds

What to do with it on a Tuesday. I do not stop at the part where you understand it. I work with you until you get there.

client stories

“Rather than fighting and overreacting, I was calmly able to express why that annoyed me.”

Michelle, mastermind

Jordan, coaching client

“I have learned to own my truth and be okay with setting boundaries with people in my life.”

I could read a room before I could read myself.

I can feel an energy shift in someone across a table. It has made me very good at my work. It also meant my nervous system was on alert for most of my life.

Someone near me is not okay. It must be me. I have to fix it, right now. What I need goes to the bottom of the list.

None of it looked like a problem from the outside. But it cost me: looking for validation in places that were never going to give it, staying in relationships that were not mine out of scarcity, choosing the safe path over the expansive one.

Even with three degrees in psychology, insight alone never changed me. Practice did. When I first held my boundaries, some people left, and I did not take the first exit as proof I had got it wrong.

I am not teaching from the finish line. Back in the day I would have spiralled for a week. Now I notice it, process it, and use it as fertiliser. This is the practice, and I am in it with you.
