Hi, I’m Jen. I’m a German Psychologist, MSc, and certified Mental Health Coach who helps people transform their lives. I tailor my healing approach to my clients individual needs and guide them in the direction that optimizes healing and happiness.

I’ve previously practiced behavioral therapy and coaching with individuals who struggle primarily with optimizing their mental health, dating, and relationships, for the past 6 years.

Helping myself and others on a journey of healing has always been my passion. I realized along the way that in order to feel truly content and happy, I needed to work on my own past trauma, subconscious beliefs, and truly love myself. 

I am committed to sharing my personal and professional insights, and guide you on a path that unleashes your full potential.

Why am I so passionate about this?

Because I had to overcome my own self-doubt, constant self-criticism, anxiety and struggles with my mental health. I was constantly repeating the cycle of dating the wrong one -including a narcissistic relationship that left me emotionally scarred. By applying the same tools I utilize and teach my clients, I learnt to overcome toxic patterns, build the relationship and life of my dreams and become someone I am proud of.

To me, nothing is more rewarding than helping others facilitate the same change.

I founded my practice and program Level up with Jen to help people achieve the life they desire. By offering a unique, dynamic approach that combines a therapeutic approach designed to uncover subconscious beliefs, healing attachment styles, and trauma. Combining these aspects with practical action steps of coaching, while focusing on the present, I can help you learn to truly love yourself, better your mental health, and establish the love that you deserve.
