Love is arguably the most important aspect in our lives; it is the glue that holds everything together and makes life worth living.
Love- the desire to be loved is a primal human instinct that is deeply elemental and hard-wired into the human psyche. There are many different types of love, such as self-love, romantic love, parental love, friendship love and much more. It comes in all shapes and sizes and it changers as you evolve through life.

Not everyone learned to love the same way. We learn quickly in life that people speak different love languages, have different attachment styles and carry the weight of their past experiences with them. Blinded of its nuances we sometimes end up stranded on the side of love’s road.

Finding the person with whom you can feel a deep connection, foster intimate trust, have belly-aching laughs, and a vibrant attraction -to just name a few- can seem an impossible feat in the 21st century. Other times we're drawn to the opposite of who we are and those who bring out our insecurities and fears. Finding the right one can be a challenging endeavor which requires self-awareness and a clear understanding of yourself.
